The house is judged
at the table.

★★★★★

"Ordered for the office Diwali evening. The mithai tray went first, the tikkha mixture went faster, and three people asked who makes it."

Priya M., New York
★★★★★

"I grew up on a halwai counter in Jaipur. Badshah is the first house here that tastes like that counter. The kaju katli alone earns the order."

Rajan S., Houston
★★★★★

"Sent as a wedding gift with a namkeen box alongside. It arrived cold, intact and looking better than the photographs."

Alicia T., Chicago
★★★★★

"Sweet, spicy and salt, all done properly by one kitchen. Quietly excellent and never over packaged."

Answers before
you ask.

How long does everything stay fresh?+

Refrigerated, most mithai holds 10 to 14 days. Syrup set pieces such as gulab jamun and rasmalai are best inside a week. Namkeen and tikkha mixtures stay crisp for six weeks in the sealed tin. A keeping card travels in every box.

Do you ship nationwide?+

Yes. Insulated, temperature held boxes go anywhere in the continental US. Orders confirmed before 1pm ET leave the same day, Monday to Thursday.

Is everything vegetarian?+

Everything we make is vegetarian and eggless. Most mithai is naturally gluten free, and each namkeen lists its allergens. We cook in pure desi ghee, so dairy runs through the sweet counter.

How spicy is the tikkha range?+

Two levels. House heat is warm and balanced for a mixed table. Halwai heat is the Dallas kitchen's own tuning, chilli forward and unapologetic. Both are hand blended in small batches.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?+

That is most of what we do. Weddings, corporate hampers, fifty boxes or five hundred. The concierge desk will design the tray with you, sweet and savoury together.

What if my order arrives damaged?+

Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. We remake the order and send it again. There is no second conversation about it.
